QUIET SOUL
I see myself as a quiet observer, but also a seeker, always drawn to something I can’t fully explain. These images come from that space. A feeling, a pull, something that moves me without needing a reason.
The sea is still the subject, but not in a direct way. It becomes softer, slower, almost like a memory rather than a landscape. Colours blend, details fade, and what remains is just a feeling.
Sometimes I feel like I could step into these images, like they are calling me. And at the same time, they ask me to stay still. To not touch. Just to observe. To be present.
I didn’t want to capture the water as it is, but how it feels in a quiet moment, when everything slows down and nothing needs to happen.
These works sit somewhere between photography and painting. Less about what is seen, more about what is sensed.
